The canopy is the part of the system that collects the most grease. Regular canopy cleaning removes that build up, keeps the stainless steel presentable and reduces the amount of grease carried further into the system.

Frequently asked questions
Is canopy cleaning the same as a full extraction clean?
No. Canopy cleaning covers the canopy, plenum and filters. A full extraction clean also covers the ductwork and extract fan. Many kitchens have the canopy cleaned more often and the full system cleaned less often.
Can you clean around the lights and electrics safely?
Yes. We dry clean near electrical components and take care around lighting and controls.
